The only problem I have found with the Web 2.0 phenomenon is that your information is accessible to any and everyone. If you don’t mind being flashed or spam occasionally then Web 2.0 is definitely a positive.

Putting a face to your product or business is a win-win situation, the customer can feel more secure and at the same time you can brand yourself as a good marketer.
